Flo Elkins is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer & UCanRow2/Concept2 Certified Rowing Instructor based in Forney, TX. She has been training clients and getting them results for the last 10 years. She specializes in strength training, core/balance training, weight loss, injury prevention and rowing skills and techniques. She also holds NASM certificates as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She holds a Wellness Coaching Certificate from OTF (Online Trainer's Federation).
Ms. Flo understands that adapting to new fitness habits can be difficult. Her goal is to help change your view on fitness, based on your specific goals and background so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. She strongly believes that if you understand where you are starting and you practice healthy habits over time, you will be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle and reach the fitness/wellness goals you set for yourself.
